Leslie Clottey is the visionary Founder and CEO of BitStack Technologies LLC, a technology startup committed to developing innovative, scalable software solutions that empower startups, small businesses, and growing enterprises across sectors.
With a unique background that spans chemistry, international business management, and project leadership, Leslie brings a rare combination of scientific precision, global business insight, and agile delivery to the world of technology. He holds a degree in Chemistry, a Master’s in International Business Management (UK), and a formal qualification in Project Management — a trio that equips him to lead with both analytical rigor and entrepreneurial intuition.
Before founding BitStack, Leslie played significant roles in IT support services, software product development, and e-commerce management, experiences that deepened his understanding of what small businesses truly need — practical, affordable, and adaptable digital tools.

At BitStack, Leslie leads a dynamic team of developers, scrum masters, and strategists to build products like BittDesk HRMS, an all-in-one human resource management platform crafted for modern teams. Leslie is passionate about helping emerging businesses compete in the digital economy, leveraging automation, user-centered design, and thoughtful integration to help them scale without complexity. He is also known for mentoring young professionals, advocating for inclusive tech ecosystems, and creating solutions that serve not just companies, but communities.
Derrick Addo — a developer, problem-solver, and lifelong learner with a deep passion for artificial intelligence, algorithms, and web development. My journey in tech has been driven by curiosity and a desire to understand how things work under the hood. I enjoy exploring the intersection between smart systems and practical applications, and I often find myself drawn to building tools, automating tasks, and optimizing performance.
With experience in both front-end and back-end development, I enjoy creating well-structured, efficient, and scalable web applications. I have a solid foundation in algorithm design and optimization, which often influences how I approach coding challenges and system architecture. Whether it’s tuning a query, improving runtime complexity, or refactoring for better performance, I find joy in making things faster, cleaner, and smarter.
Derrick Addo
Outside of writing code, I love experimenting with new technologies, reading up on AI advancements, and diving into side projects to explore different domains. I believe in continuous growth, and I'm always looking for opportunities to learn, collaborate, and build something meaningful.
Robert Cann is an accomplished finance and technology executive with over a decade of experience in the banking sector and a strong academic background in both Financial Technology and Chemical Engineering. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bitstack Technologies LLC, a dynamic software development company specializing in data-driven solutions that fuel innovation and growth.
With a Msc. Financial Technology from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and a Bsc. Chemical Engineering, Robert brings a rare blend of analytical precision and financial strategy to the tech industry. His leadership is rooted in real-world experience—spanning over 10 years in banking, including key roles at Standard Chartered Bank, United Bank for Africa, and Stanbic Bank Ghana (Standard Bank Group).
